NG Race Star: the best braking performance on both street and track

The premium NG Race Star range is available exclusively for SuperSport and Superbike bikes. You can now opt for this new range of brakes that provides the best braking performance on both street and track.

All Race Star brake discs have an aluminium core, which reduces their weight considerably. You can also see that they are fitted with the new bolts treated with hard anodising that are already present on the rest of the NG discs. The difference is in the mounting, which includes new race-tested washers that give the disc more flotation.

Developed in competition and now also available as a spare part.

In terms of design, the new NG Race Star discs stand out from other discs both in terms of the colour of the track and the orientation of the ventilation holes.

The colour of the track is due to a special heat treatment that gives this distinctive iridescence on the steel that will make your bike stand out from the rest. In addition, you can also see that the ventilation holes are not perpendicular to the track, but oblique to the plane and are arranged in sets of three in each direction. This feature provides greater ventilation of the disc and, in conjunction with the specialised heat treatment, prevents the material from reaching excessively high temperatures that could lead to deformation of the disc.
