The new Bitubo pressurized cartridge containing a sequence of innovative systems, such as: FPS (Full Pressure System), EC (Easy Changer) and LC (Light Components).These systems are the result of an extensive research and development by our R&D Department in collaboration with the best Teams taking part at the SBK World Championship and also at the British and Italian Championship. Système de remplacement de la cartouche facile et rapide, sans avoir besoin de démonter la fourche, directement dans les fourreaux d’origine. Ce système permet d’accélérer et de simplifier les réglages en compétition. Quick change system : fast replacement of the spring, with a free key and a new exclusive cartridge dismantling system, which does not require the fork removal. This system makes the set-up bike modification easier by racing technicians.

• Pumping rods with Ø10mm with surface coating against friction.
• Mechanical end-stroke with polyurethane bump stop
• CrSi steel springs, with heat treatment, stabilising procedure and final shot-basting with steel balls.
• Upper cap of the fork with integrated hydraulic spring preload
• Independent damping adjustment in compression and rebound
• Coaxial compensation chamber (Patent Pending)
• Ergal cartridge body with internal surface coating against friction
